Video & Photo Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit approximately 1–2 real estate videos daily, ensuring the delivery of polished and professionally finished content.

• Edit property photographs, which includes color correction, lighting adjustments, exposure modifications, and the removal of unwanted elements.

• Utilize creative judgment to achieve natural-looking interior lighting and property footage edits.

• Review incoming shoots and uploaded content each morning, managing editing priorities effectively.

• Organize, process, and upload files prior to delivering completed projects to clients.

• Adhere to established editing preferences, workflows, and brand guidelines.

• Communicate progress updates and flag any issues related to footage or project requirements.

• Potentially take on additional editing tasks from other videographers as the business expands.

• Provide support for content creation on a new real estate platform as the business grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in both photo and video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent professional video editing software.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar photo editing software.

• Strong understanding of color grading, color correction, exposure, and lighting techniques.

• A keen creative eye and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver natural-looking edits.

• Capability to work independently, manage workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Good organizational skills and file management capabilities.

• Experience in real estate photography and videography is preferred.

• Familiarity with working with Australian or US clients is a plus.

• Experience with AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HDR photography, Dropbox, and digital file delivery platforms is beneficial.

• Candidates from related industries such as architecture, interiors, commercial videography, and hospitality are encouraged to apply if their portfolio demonstrates the required quality and editing style.

• Shortlisted candidates must complete a practical editing assessment using raw property footage and reference examples, encompassing video and photo editing, technical ability, creativity, and output quality.
