Video Lab Producer – AI, On-Camera Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Produce impactful videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other emerging social media from initial concept to final output.

• Craft scripts and creative ideas that effectively blend humor, shock value, clarity, and emotional depth.

• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, and similar platforms to generate animations, motion graphics, and visual components that enhance storytelling.

• Explore cutting-edge AI-driven video, animation, and creative technologies to innovate content formats.

• Present confidently on camera in comedic sketches, commentary, and instructional videos, embodying PETA’s bold, provocative, and quirky voice.

• Independently film content using an iPhone or similar devices, managing lighting, sound, props, set design, and overall production quality.

• Direct and produce professional shoots as required.

• Work closely with members of the Video Lab and social media teams to create timely, engaging content.

• Ensure that all video content adheres to quality standards and complies with legal and brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, internet culture, and advancements in AI creative tools.

• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of two years of pertinent professional experience.

• A portfolio that highlights generative AI work, creative video projects, or personal AI-based experiments.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools for video generation, animation, visual effects, or video enhancement.

• Strong knowledge of all phases of video production, from concept development to post-production.

• Comfortable, charismatic, and engaging presence on camera.

• Extensive video editing experience, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Familiarity with professional video, lighting, and photography equipment.

• Strong creative instincts and a passion for bold, unconventional ideas.

• Preferred knowledge of animal liberation issues and familiarity with PETA campaigns.

• Professional appearance and a commitment to a vegan lifestyle.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and working effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
