This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the production of projects from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring both quality and punctuality.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and creative teams across various APAC time zones.
• Oversee project timelines, resource distribution, and vendor partnerships for work based in the APAC region.
• Monitor budgets, initiate purchase orders, and compare actual expenses against forecasts.
• Communicate with local partners, studios, and suppliers in key APAC markets.
• Maintain comprehensive production records, including schedules, call sheets, and status updates.
• Recognize and highlight potential risks early, suggesting solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist senior team members with larger-scale productions as needed.
• 3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or an in-house studio.
• Strong understanding of production workflows in digital, video, and/or content formats.
• Proven experience managing projects across APAC markets and various time zones.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote setting.
