This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, develop, and finalize new opportunities in commercial insurance.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with business owners, referral partners, and influential centers.
• Generate leads through networking, community engagement, referrals, and strategic outreach initiatives.
• Assess client risk exposures and create tailored insurance solutions.
• Work in conjunction with internal account management and service teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Sustain consistent pipeline activity and achieve set sales targets.
• Demonstrated success in commercial insurance sales and business development.
• Exceptional skills in prospecting, networking, and building relationships.
• Self-driven with a proactive mindset and a strong ambition to generate new business.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
• Established business connections within the San Antonio market are advantageous.
