This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with production teams, authors, technical personnel, and instructional designers to establish and maintain development and production timelines, ensuring all technical specifications are met for delivery on our systems.
• Partner with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to write, organize, and edit course curricula and related materials, including web-based courses, textbooks, PowerPoint presentations, assessments, forms, surveys, and instructional guides.
• Modify course content learning assets for delivery across online and print platforms.
• Assist in determining the optimal product design methods for our real estate offerings and in researching data to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date within our product line.
• Proactively identify issues and solutions, while exploring new procedures and technologies to enhance the quality of materials and the efficiency of processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, communications, technical writing, instructional design, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, publishing, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong PC skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
• Ability to apply conditional logic to understand and implement complex technical and multi-jurisdictional requirements in a compliant product build.
• Proficiency in AI, including prompt engineering and a foundational understanding of LLM capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
