• Edit short-form paid social advertisements (such as UGC, podcast ads, product demonstrations, street interviews, etc.)
• Create multiple variations for each concept (including different hooks, pacing, overlays, and CTAs)
• Optimize videos according to platform specifications (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Revise edits based on retention analytics, cost per acquisition (CPA), and performance insights
• Collaborate with creative strategists to enhance messaging and overall structure
• Organize and manage project files to facilitate scalable production workflows
• Keep up-to-date with short-form trends, editing techniques, and best practices in paid social media
• 2–5 years of experience in video editing (agency experience is highly desirable)
• A strong portfolio that highlights short-form paid social advertisements
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (required)
• Experience with After Effects for motion graphics (preferred)
• Comprehensive understanding of pacing, retention mechanics, and conversion-oriented editing
• Ability to edit rapidly without compromising clarity or quality
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• (Must) Experience editing advertisements for DTC, mobile applications, or SaaS
• (Must) Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats, ratios, and specifications
