📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements and focused on existing AI characters (our proprietary IPs).

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency throughout.

• Oversee and manage comprehensive AI video production processes, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Leverage tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives using advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to ensure cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead’s creative vision while exercising a significant degree of autonomy in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for greater efficiency, scalability, and quality of output.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a robust portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Practical experience with cutting-edge AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging technologies).

• Strong comprehension of AI image/video generation processes, including prompting, batching, consistency methods, and post-processing.

• Proficiency in traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic techniques.

• Capacity to maintain character and scene consistency throughout sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — capable of driving ideas from concept to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — adept at navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — skilled at testing, failing, refining, and improving swiftly.

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.

• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.

• Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning) is a plus.

• Previous experience in adult, dating, or related creative industries is a significant advantage.
