YouTube Video Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete production process of long-form, YouTube-centric content, from pre-production to final delivery.

• Identify locations, creatively address challenges on the spot, and discover efficiencies that align with the vision and end product.

• Coordinate with talent, crew, vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure smooth execution on set.

• Manage budgets, schedules, shoot logistics, and production timelines across various projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure deliverables and timelines are consistently aligned.

• Anticipate and mitigate production issues before they affect the shooting process.

• Assist editors and creative partners to ensure assets, feedback, approvals, and deliverables flow efficiently through the production pipeline.

• Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders while keeping productions organized, on schedule, and within scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, line producing, production management, or digital content operations.

• Proven experience managing YouTube-native or digital-first productions with a comprehensive understanding of production workflows and timelines.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple dynamic components simultaneously.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, external vendors, talent, and production crews.

• A systems-oriented mindset, focused on developing processes that can scale efficiently over time.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and solve problems swiftly in fast-paced production settings.

• Experience supporting the entire production lifecycle, from initial planning through to post-production delivery.

• A collaborative, low-ego attitude and a genuine enjoyment of providing structure and clarity to creative environments.
