Video Editor – TikTok, Meta Ads, Short-Form, Paid Social

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Edit engaging, high-retention short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads.

• Craft compelling visual and text hooks while experimenting with multiple variations for each concept.

• Create and implement diverse creative approaches for the same product.

• Clip, repurpose, and remix existing videos and previous creative materials into fresh, native-style advertisements.

• Produce several versions of successful ads for A/B testing, incorporating hook modifications, different introductions, aspect ratios, and durations.

• Integrate captions, sound design, trending audio, on-screen text, and maintain an engaging pace.

• Keep up with the latest TikTok and Meta trends, formats, and ad-account performance metrics.

• Work closely with the media buying and marketing teams, refining strategies based on ad performance data.

• Deliver a substantial volume of creative content within tight turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in editing for TikTok and/or Meta Ads; a portfolio, reel, or examples of edited ads required.

• Profound understanding of hooks, angles, and audience retention strategies.

• Solid knowledge of native, attention-grabbing short-form content.

• Capability to repurpose and reframe existing footage into high-impact clips.

• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.

• Quick, self-motivated, and adept at producing a large volume of creative work.

• Basic knowledge of ad performance metrics, including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and ROAS.

• Background in home décor, lifestyle, or product-oriented brands is preferred.

• Skill in identifying trending audio and formats prior to their peak popularity.
