Video Editor – Performance, Motion Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and high-retention content for platforms such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and other digital media.

• Utilize raw footage and source material to produce polished videos that are ready for publication.

• Ensure that videos are well-timed, visually captivating, and align with the brand's style guidelines.

• Oversee multiple video projects simultaneously during the production process.

• Design motion graphics and kinetic text elements.

• Assist in creating performance marketing materials for Meta advertising campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, particularly in motion graphics and kinetic text.

• Professional video editing experience with a robust portfolio.

• Experience in editing content for Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-retention content.

• Strong sense of creative direction and visual aesthetics.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Quick and reliable communication along with fast turnaround times.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.

• Consistent internet connectivity and a suitable remote work setup.

• Portfolio or relevant work samples required.

• Preferred: Experience in performance marketing creative.

• Preferred: Background in UI/UX or digital product video production.

• Preferred: Experience with SaaS, website, or app videos.

• Preferred: Knowledge of QA, quality control, or structured review processes.
