Video Editor – LinkedIn Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Edit concise LinkedIn videos, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

• Transform raw footage into captivating, polished social media content.

• Incorporate captions, callouts, zoom effects, screenshots, charts, and basic motion graphics.

• Implement clean and consistent color grading to ensure a refined appearance.

• Improve audio quality through fundamental sound design and leveling techniques.

• Simplify complex business and data-oriented subjects to make them visually appealing.

• Craft compelling openings that capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.

• Adapt longer recordings into shorter, impactful clips.

• Uphold a clean, high-quality, data-centric brand aesthetic.

• Effectively communicate with a U.S.-based team and respond positively to feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in video editing.

• A robust portfolio showcasing social media videos.

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in editing talking-head, educational, or business-related content.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar software.

• Good command of written English.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content is a plus.

• Skills in motion graphics or After Effects are a bonus.

• Familiarity with editing styles for LinkedIn and YouTube is advantageous.

• An interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, user experience, or digital marketing is a bonus.
