This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit concise LinkedIn videos, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

• Transform unedited footage into refined, captivating social media content.

• Incorporate captions, callouts, zoom effects, screenshots, charts, and basic motion graphics.

• Implement clean and consistent color grading for a polished appearance.

• Improve audio quality with fundamental sound design and leveling techniques.

• Present business and data-centric subjects in a clear and visually appealing manner.

• Craft compelling openings that capture viewer attention within the first few seconds.

• Adapt longer recordings into concise clips.

• Uphold a sleek, premium, data-focused brand aesthetic.

• Effectively communicate with a U.S.-based team and respond positively to feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.

• Robust portfolio showcasing social media videos.

• Exceptional understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in editing talking-head, educational, or business-related content.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or equivalent software.

• Strong written English skills.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Nice to have: Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content.

• Nice to have: Skills in motion graphics or After Effects.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.

• Nice to have: Interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), or digital marketing.
