Video Editor – LinkedIn Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Edit concise LinkedIn videos, typically ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

• Transform raw footage into polished and engaging social media content.

• Incorporate captions, callouts, zoom effects, screenshots, charts, and basic motion graphics.

• Implement clean and consistent color grading to achieve a refined appearance.

• Improve audio quality through basic sound design and leveling techniques.

• Make complex business and data-centric subjects clear and visually appealing.

• Craft compelling openings that captivate viewers within the first few seconds.

• Repurpose longer recordings into shorter, impactful clips.

• Uphold a clean, premium, and data-driven brand aesthetic.

• Clearly communicate with a U.S.-based team and respond positively to feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional video editing experience.

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media video projects.

• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in editing talking-head, educational, or business-related content.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar editing software.

• Good command of written English.

• Dependable, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Nice to have: Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content.

• Nice to have: Skills in motion graphics or After Effects.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles.

• Nice to have: Interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX), or digital marketing.
