Video Editor – Kannada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop high-performing short-form advertisements aimed at performance marketing and user acquisition.

• Utilize AI video tools to produce and enhance video content.

• Design innovative video formats, motion graphics, UI/UX overlays, and AI product demonstrations.

• Edit advertisements for Meta, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with an emphasis on audience retention and minimizing customer acquisition costs.

• Work in conjunction with Promo Writers to convert scripts into captivating videos.

• Implement pacing, motion graphics, sound design, B-roll, transitions, text animations, and sound editing.

• Edit videos in both English and Kannada, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, storytelling, and optimization for specific platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Over 2 years of experience in Video Editing for performance marketing or digital advertising.

• Proficient in editing Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Familiarity with AI video generation tools and motion graphics.

• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and visual effects.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada or any regional language (Read, Write & Speak).

• Must possess a personal laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection for a Work From Home arrangement.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Capability to utilize AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Higgsfield, Google Flow, or similar tools.

• Ability to edit videos in English and Kannada with linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, engaging storytelling, and platform-specific optimization.
