Video Editor – Final Cut Pro Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit property highlight videos, agent reels, and listing tours in Final Cut Pro for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Create graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that resonate with audiences and enhance engagement.

• Curate and modify content to align with brand identity and adhere to platform best practices.

• Design landing pages and assist with campaigns utilizing GoHighLevel.

• Collaborate with team members to generate multimedia content that strengthens brand identity.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in video production and design.

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.

• Optimize and curate content for SEO and digital performance.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and insights.

• Work in close partnership with the creative team and a dedicated coach to execute impactful campaigns, refine brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Final Cut Pro.

• Demonstrated experience in editing real estate videos, including listing tours, agent reels, and property highlights.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing.

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design.

• Strong grasp of branding, storytelling, and visual engagement principles.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or a willingness to learn its advanced features (automations, landing pages).

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or Monday.com is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Open to working in U.S. and Canadian time zones.

• Experience in social media management is a plus.

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is an asset.

• Preferably proficient in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva or other professional tools are acceptable.

• A Mac computer capable of smoothly running the latest Final Cut Pro (Apple Silicon M1 or newer is preferred).

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps.
