Video Editor, Creative Designer – TikTok, Instagram

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop captivating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and paid social media campaigns.

• Craft both static and motion graphics that are optimized for user engagement and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create innovative concepts and campaign strategies.

• Generate multiple creative variations for A/B testing purposes.

• Evaluate creative performance through metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and modify content accordingly.

• Refine existing creatives based on campaign outcomes and audience insights.

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines while focusing on performance optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in video editing and graphic design for social media advertising.

• A strong portfolio that highlights TikTok, Instagram, and paid advertising creative work.

• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.

• A solid understanding of direct-response marketing and creative strategies driven by performance.

• Capability to create content that captures attention in the initial seconds.

• Comprehensive knowledge of current social media trends and best practices for platforms.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data from campaigns.

• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.

• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or direct-response brands is a plus (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager is advantageous (Nice to Have).

• Experience in creating UGC-style content and ad creatives is a plus (Nice to Have).

• Basic skills in motion graphics and animation are a bonus (Nice to Have).
