This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit real estate and brand videos in accordance with the company's defined creative style.

• Enhance video content while adhering to established brand standards and creative guidelines.

• Ensure that all edited materials align with the company's quality and creative expectations.

• Adhere to set editing standards and creative workflows.

• Collaborate with the team to facilitate content-day deliverables and address post-production requirements.

• Organize and oversee video editing tasks and deliverables using Monday.com.

• Develop supporting visual content through Canva as necessary.

• Maintain uniformity across video and visual content based on the company's defined brand style.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven video-editing experience is essential.

• Experience in editing real estate and brand videos is required.

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro is necessary.

• Strong comprehension of creative styles, visual consistency, and post-production processes.

• Experience utilizing Canva for visual content creation.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.

• Ability to adhere to established creative guidelines and editing standards.

• Capable of managing multiple content deliverables and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation is required.

• A working webcam is necessary.

• Computer must have at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Main internet service must provide a minimum speed of 25 Mbps with a cable connection.

• Backup internet service should offer a speed of at least 10 Mbps.

• Availability for the schedule of 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST is required.

• Experience in operational/content coordination with Monday.com is preferred.

• Background in content and visual creation using Canva is advantageous.
