This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals to create high-impact short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and calls to action (CTAs) to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and maintain it through conversion.

• Track creative performance, share insights with the team, and implement swift adjustments based on data analysis.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to ensure that the creative aligns with campaign strategy and audience insights while preserving the Truvani voice.

• Produce various aspect ratios and file specifications while ensuring clear asset/version control and meeting deadlines.

• Incorporate platform best practices and trends while upholding brand integrity.

• Demonstrated success in crafting engaging short-form social content that boosts sales.

• Solid understanding of what compels individuals to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capability to blend storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with CapCut for TikTok video creation and edits for Facebook videos.

• Comprehensive knowledge of performance creative elements: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, and attention retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities with a knack for working efficiently, managing several projects simultaneously, and iterating based on data and feedback.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and organizational proficiency.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response advertisements, product-centric edits, and mobile-first social content is required.

• Experience in the health, wellness, or CPG sectors is a bonus.

• Must provide example videos.
