This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals to create impactful short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and sustain engagement until conversion.

• Track creative performance, share insights with the team, and implement swift adjustments based on data analysis.

• Ensure creative alignment with campaign strategies and audience insights while preserving the Truvani brand voice.

• Provide various aspect ratios and file specifications while maintaining clear asset/version control and meeting deadlines.

• Incorporate platform best practices and trends while upholding brand integrity.

• Follow direction, concepts, and raw footage from creative and marketing teams to transform them into sales-generating advertisements.

• Demonstrated success in creating engaging short-form social content that boosts sales.

• Strong comprehension of the elements that make viewers stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capability to intertwine storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Skilled in using CapCut for TikTok video editing.

• Experience in editing videos for Facebook.

• In-depth knowledge of performance-driven creative, including hooks, pacing, CTA placement, and attention retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a knack for working efficiently on multiple projects and iterating based on feedback and data.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and organizational expertise.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response ads, product-centered edits, and mobile-first social content is mandatory.

• Submission of example videos is required.

• A background in health, wellness, or CPG brands is advantageous.
