This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals to create impactful short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion graphics, and calls to action to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and sustain it through conversion.

• Track creative performance, provide insights to the team, and swiftly adjust based on data analysis.

• Ensure creative alignment with campaign strategies and audience insights while upholding the Truvani brand voice.

• Deliver various aspect ratios, file specifications, and maintain clear asset/version control within deadlines.

• Implement platform best practices and trends while preserving brand integrity.

• Interpret direction, concepts, and raw footage from the creative and marketing teams to create ads that convert sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established history of producing engaging short-form social content that drives sales.

• Strong grasp of what compels individuals to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Ability to weave storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Skilled in CapCut for TikTok edits and Facebook video modifications.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance creative elements: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, and attention retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently, managing multiple projects, and iterating based on data and feedback.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and organized approach.

• Portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response advertisements, product-centric edits, and mobile-first social content is required.

• Experience with health, wellness, or CPG brands is an advantage.

• Must submit example videos.
