This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Utilize raw footage, voiceovers, and product imagery to create high-impact short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and maintain it through conversion.

• Track creative performance, provide insights to the team, and make swift adjustments based on analytics.

• Work in collaboration with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment of creative output with campaign strategies and audience insights while preserving the Truvani voice.

• Produce various aspect ratios and file specifications while ensuring clear asset/version control and adherence to deadlines.

• Implement platform best practices and trends while upholding brand integrity.

• Demonstrated success in creating engaging short-form social media content that drives sales.

• Strong grasp of elements that compel viewers to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capacity to weave storytelling, emotion, and persuasion into content that produces measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Experience with CapCut for TikTok and editing for Facebook videos.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance-driven creative, including hooks, pacing, CTA placement, and audience retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities to work efficiently across multiple projects and adapt based on data and feedback.

• Outstanding communication skills, collaborative spirit, and organizational capabilities.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response advertisements, product-centered edits, and mobile-optimized social content is mandatory.

• Must provide sample videos.

• Background in health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands is advantageous.
