This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create high-impact short-form video advertisements for TikTok and Instagram Reels utilizing raw footage, voiceovers, and product visuals.

• Enhance hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and calls to action to capture attention within the first 3 seconds and maintain engagement until conversion.

• Track creative performance, provide insights to the team, and quickly adjust strategies based on data analysis.

• Ensure the creative aligns with campaign strategy and audience insights while preserving the Truvani brand voice.

• Produce various aspect ratios and file formats while maintaining clear asset/version control and meeting deadlines.

• Implement platform best practices and current trends while upholding brand integrity.

• Demonstrated success in crafting engaging short-form social media content that drives sales.

• Strong comprehension of elements that compel viewers to stop scrolling, engage, and take action.

• Capability to weave storytelling, emotion, and persuasion into content that yields measurable outcomes.

• Proficient in Premiere Pro.

• Experience with CapCut for TikTok video edits and Facebook content adjustments.

• In-depth knowledge of performance-driven creative aspects: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, and audience retention.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a knack for working swiftly, managing multiple projects, and iterating based on data and feedback.

• Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and organizational prowess.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing direct-response advertisements, product-centered edits, and mobile-first social media content is required.

• Experience in the health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors is a plus.
