📋 Description

• Creating concise, impactful videos to advertise the app on various social media platforms (Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)

• Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop ideas that improve message clarity and visual appeal

• Conducting retrospective analyses of advertisement performance to enhance creative strategies

• Integrating AI tools into your daily routine — including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and others — for video creation, enhancement, and conceptualization

• Continuously exploring new AI technologies and creative tools to innovate ad production

• Analyzing competitors' advertisements and social media trends to maintain a competitive edge in global creative patterns

• Experimenting with new tools, effects, and processes to boost production efficiency

• Adapting to a dynamic team environment: collaborating across different squads and building expertise in various campaign types.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of professional experience in a similar role

• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Strong grasp of composition, typography, and pacing techniques

• Experience utilizing AI tools for creative production (e.g., image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation)

• Fundamental knowledge of performance marketing with the capability to create visuals that effectively convey a marketing message

• A modular approach to editing: treating creative iterations as building blocks — assessing, merging, and remixing successful components to achieve results

• Innovative and unconventional thinking

• Strong attention to detail, excellent self-organization, and time management skills

• Basic proficiency in Figma.
