Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage several intricate and fast-paced video projects concurrently, overseeing them from pre-production to post-production.

• Work collaboratively with the creative team, producers, capture team, assistant editors, and motion graphics designers.

• Develop and produce high-quality trailers tailored for diverse platforms and purposes.

• Incorporate sound design, music, and voice-over components to elevate the emotional resonance of each trailer.

• Collaborate with the graphics team to integrate visual effects and motion graphics that emphasize crucial moments, dialogue, and character expressions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

• Demonstrated experience in trailer editing.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a comprehensive understanding of storytelling, pacing, and action-oriented editing.

• Experience in integrating VFX and sound design.

• Strong knowledge of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional tone in trailer editing.

• Previous experience editing trailers for video games or cinematic projects.

• Familiarity with multiplayer games, RPGs, and FPS titles.

• A passion for video games and storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented production environment.
