Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit both short-form and long-form videos tailored for social media, websites, and marketing initiatives.

• Cut and assemble footage incorporating transitions, effects, and animations as necessary.

• Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel.

• Optimize videos for various platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.

• Oversee the editing, repurposing, distribution, and workflow optimization to establish a scalable “film-and-forget” content system.

• Organize and manage video files and assets utilizing Google Drive.

• Adhere to project deadlines and communicate progress effectively with the content team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in editing both short-form and long-form video content, with a portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of content types, including UGC ads, YouTube long-form videos, podcast clips, course content, e-commerce ads, and SaaS/marketing materials.

• Strong expertise in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or comparable tools.

• Advanced capabilities in motion design and visual effects.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

• Business-fluent English for effective collaboration and communication.

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• Availability to work during business hours in the US time zone.
