This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Edit existing footage, creator clips, and raw captures into advertisement-ready video formats for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and others.
β’ Create captivating hooks and maintain tight pacing designed to capture attention and encourage action.
β’ Contribute original concepts and perspectives, going beyond mere execution of specifications.
β’ Develop multiple iterations of successful concepts to facilitate ongoing creative testing.
β’ Utilize native-to-feed techniques, including dynamic captions, pattern interruptions, on-screen text, and motion graphics.
β’ Adapt edits for various formats and placements (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) suitable for Stories, Reels, and Feed.
β’ Transform performance signals into refined cuts, focusing on what is effective.
β’ Maintain a fast and organized turnaround to ensure fresh creative content is consistently available for testing.
β’ A robust portfolio showcasing short-form video advertisements you have edited for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns.
β’ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, along with After Effects for motion graphics and CapCut for quick edits.
β’ A solid understanding of direct-response creative elements: hooks, angles, pacing, and the factors that determine the success or failure of a cut, not just its visual appeal.
β’ Demonstrated capability to produce a high volume of variants quickly while maintaining quality.
β’ A proactive and self-motivated working style, with the ability to identify gaps and propose ideas without prompting.
β’ Proficiency in editing native short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok across standard advertising formats.
