This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and produce captivating, high-quality Direct Response video advertisements for ecommerce products utilizing our internal content, user-generated content (UGC), and various other creative resources.
• Employ creativity and storytelling methods to engage the target audience and drive conversion rates.
• Exhibit proficiency in crafting video advertisements for YouTube and TikTok platforms.
• Remain informed about platform-specific trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to enhance ad performance.
• Conduct research to gain insights into the preferences, behaviors, and challenges faced by the target audience.
• Customize video ad content to align with the unique demographics and interests of the target audience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.
• Over 3 years of video editing experience.
• More than 1 year of experience in producing Direct Response video ads.
• Proven experience in developing video ads specifically for YouTube and TikTok.
• Capability to manage multiple edits and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio that showcases Direct Response video ads within the e-commerce industry.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce marketing and the skill to translate product features into engaging video content.
• An innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong storytelling abilities to create emotionally impactful video content.
• Competence in effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with team members.
• Adaptability to shifting trends and algorithms in the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
