Creative Producer – Facebook Ads Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• **Role Responsibilities** 🔍 Analytics & Research

• - Observing and evaluating competitors’ creatives within the global HR technology and AI product sectors

• - Investigating target demographics, as well as the needs, challenges, and insights of candidates and employers

• - Assessing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS, etc.) and uncovering growth opportunities

• **🎨 Creative Production & Launch**

• - Developing tasks for static creatives and crafting scripts for video/UGC and static ads

• - Formulating test hypotheses and conducting experiments across various advertising platforms

• - Overseeing creative projects from inception to completion: preparing briefs, ensuring quality control, and adhering to deadlines

• **📊 Performance Analysis**

• - Evaluating the efficacy of creatives and advertising campaigns

• - Producing insights on how to enhance visuals, messaging, and creative strategies

• - Providing hypotheses and systematically experimenting with new methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• - Over 2 years of experience as a Creative/Marketing Producer within an IT product company, digital agency, or performance marketing setting (Facebook ads video, vertical format).

• - Capability to assess key performance indicators and suggest improvement hypotheses

• - Strong research abilities: audiences, competitors, and products

• - Familiarity with advertising platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and principles of performance marketing

• - Proficiency in static and video production from concept through to final approval

• - A portfolio that highlights successful creative work

• - Proficiency in English and Russian

• - Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas within the team
