AI Video Editor – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create, edit, and deliver over 35 performance marketing videos each month, customized for various platforms, audiences, and languages.

• Partner with Growth Marketing, Affiliate, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to conceptualize and implement localized campaigns.

• Manage the complete video production process — from initial concept to post-production — utilizing both Adobe Creative Suite and the latest AI-enhanced video tools.

• Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all regions and platforms.

• Regularly test and refine video content based on insights derived from performance data.

• Develop scalable video templates and processes to facilitate rapid localization and high-volume production.

• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI editing, generative tools, and creative best practices.

• Be innovative and resourceful — consistently experimenting to discover faster and more effective ways to produce content at scale.

• Serve as a pioneer within the team: proactively learn and master new AI video technologies ahead of others, showcase their potential, and educate teammates on tools and workflows they may not have been aware of.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with over 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).

• Extensive hands-on experience with AI-driven video editing software (Google Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.).

• Solid understanding of performance marketing creatives — particularly for short-form, social-first video advertisements.

• Capability to produce videos across diverse formats, languages, and regions at a rapid pace.

• Self-motivated and driven to continually explore, learn, and experiment with new technologies.

• Strong creative instincts supported by data-informed iteration and A/B testing.

• Proficient in storytelling through motion, sound, and design, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with stakeholders across growth, brand, affiliate, and regional teams.

• Thrives in a dynamic, global remote setting.
