This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Edit and compile raw video and audio footage into refined, publish-ready content for platforms such as YouTube, podcasts, social media, and marketing channels.
• Execute color correction, audio mixing, sound design, motion graphics, and captioning/subtitling.
• Manage the video production schedule in accordance with marketing objectives, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
• Review and proofread video scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails; at times, write or modify scripts.
• Address editorial and production requests from various teams and suggest additional resources as necessary.
• Lead and oversee selected video and podcast projects from the creative concept stage to final deliverables.
• Coordinate production logistics, communicate with on-camera talent and artists, and supervise recording sessions.
• Collaborate with editors and marketers to enhance content for SEO and audience engagement.
• Establish and maintain professional communication with staff across all levels.
• Work with marketing to create and implement a cohesive video content strategy.
• Plan, edit, package, and publish content in line with an editorial calendar and brand objectives.
• Create and uphold a process for intake, evaluation, and publishing of submitted video content.
• Consult with business units and artists regarding video content strategy and specific content pieces.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Theology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in editing video content for digital platforms.
• 3–5+ years of experience in video editing, production, or post-production is preferred.
• Familiarity with managing production calendars, content strategy, and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex video and podcast projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in recording and directing video/audio content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard video editing software.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
