📋 Description

• Editing high volumes of short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

• Making strong creative choices in storytelling, pacing, structure, music selection, and sound design.

• Incorporating text overlays, captions, kinetic typography, and motion graphics into the edits.

• Ensuring all content is graded to maintain a consistent, high-quality appearance.

• A portfolio showcasing a refined brand sensibility.

• Demonstrated ability to transform performance briefs into effective paid content.

• Expertise in color grading as an art form rather than just correction.

• Proficient in Frame.io and skilled in providing structured feedback during review rounds.

• Strong skills in motion graphics using After Effects.

• A keen ear for music and sound design.

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently at high volumes.
