Senior 3D Art Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the comprehensive creation of 3D assets for Brookhaven, which includes housing, props, environments, and gameplay elements.

• Collaborate closely with the Art Lead to implement Brookhaven’s artistic vision and ensure consistency across all assets.

• Evaluate the work of fellow artists and provide clear, actionable feedback to uphold the team’s quality standards.

• Proactively identify and raise any potential art pipeline or implementation risks early in the production phase.

• Partner with designers and developers to confirm that assets fulfill visual, gameplay, and performance criteria.

• Assist in maintaining and expanding reusable asset libraries and templates to enhance production efficiency.

• Aid the team in addressing visual bugs, polish issues, and challenges related to asset integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating high-performing 3D assets within Roblox Studio.

• Advanced expertise in 3D modeling, topology, UV unwrapping, baking, and asset optimization.

• Profound knowledge of Roblox asset performance limitations and optimization strategies.

• Strong capability to consistently execute within Brookhaven’s defined art style.

• A portfolio showcasing high-quality Roblox environments, such as houses, map locations, or collaborative spaces.

• Ability to integrate both artistic and technical considerations when developing assets for live gameplay.

• Strong creative instincts that can enhance assets while adhering to the established direction.

• Must be able to work full-time.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
