Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design attention-grabbing mobile video advertisements that engage Gen Z (18+) and promote app installations.

• Become an expert on Gen Z culture by analyzing competitors and leading social applications, keeping up with TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat trends, and transforming them into effective advertisements.

• Engage in continuous experimentation: explore innovative creative formats, hooks, storytelling methods, and visual aesthetics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative production speed and discover new opportunities.

• Foster a data-driven creative approach: comprehend the performance of your creations (CTR, CPI, retention) and make adjustments based on insights.

• Collaborate within a vibrant creative team composed of talented individuals from varied backgrounds and nationalities.

• Enjoy the chance to work on a variety of product scopes (BeReal, Wizz, WeMoms).

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives (e.g., testing new tools).

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled in video editing and content creation.

• Proficient in After Effects - Familiarity with 3D software or AI creative tools is a plus.

• Innovative with a growth hacking mindset.

• Understand how your creations impact marketing performance.

• Experience with AI tools in the creative production process.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position, though we welcome more senior candidates.

• Well-versed in the mobile app industry and Gen Z culture.
