• Oversee enterprise-level sales initiatives that involve intricate solutions, significant deal values, and engagement with executive stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement deal strategies that correspond with client goals and desired business results.
• Navigate through complex decision-making landscapes and stakeholder interactions.
• Direct negotiation approaches and contract discussions for lucrative opportunities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level client stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning workforce solutions with broader business strategies.
• Shape sales strategy, messaging, and positioning informed by market insights and client feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, program management, operations, and leadership teams on strategic projects.
• Meet and surpass revenue goals associated with enterprise and strategic accounts.
• Provide a high-touch, consultative experience across enterprise client partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a comparable field.
• Proven success in enterprise or strategic account sales settings.
• Established history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in high-value, complex sales positions.
• Extensive experience in managing executive-level client relationships.
• Advanced proficiency in developing and executing strategic deal and account plans.
• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder and intricate decision-making environments.
• Demonstrated capability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve deal strategy, forecasting, and sales performance.
• Strong executive presence, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
