This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and expand a top-performing global commercial organization that encompasses new business sales and account management, focusing on revenue growth, customer expansion, and retention across critical regions.
• Recruit, nurture, and manage high-performing teams.
• Advocate for TRM within the sales organization, equipping teams to effectively communicate value and secure new customer business.
• Collaborate across functions with Product and Marketing to influence market positioning and direct roadmap initiatives.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to executive leadership.
• Maintain complete global TRM P&L accountability, including direct oversight of revenue targets, margin improvement, cost structures, and overall business performance.
• Implement and uphold a rigorous operating rhythm across the organization, which includes forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance management, and KPI tracking.
• Foster disciplined sales execution, involving pipeline generation, deal progression, forecast accuracy, and consistent achievement of revenue goals.
• Enhance operational processes, pricing strategies, and service delivery models to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Define and implement the global go-to-market strategy for the TRM portfolio and related services.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including entry into new markets, partnerships, and service expansions.
• Propel revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition, expansion, and retention initiatives in global markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to enhance competitive positioning and ensure offerings align with market demand.
• Proven senior leadership experience in Travel Risk Management (TRM) or related industries, with direct responsibility for business performance.
• Demonstrated end-to-end P&L ownership, encompassing direct responsibility for revenue targets, margin enhancement, cost management, and sustained financial performance at scale.
• Extensive expertise in TRM solutions across software and services, with a history of commercializing offerings and driving measurable market adoption.
• Experience in building and leading a global commercial and TRM operations organization, including quota-carrying sales and account management teams, as well as operational delivery teams, with accountability for organizational design, talent development, and performance management.
• Strong track record in enterprise sales execution, encompassing pipeline development, deal closing, forecasting accuracy, consistent achievement of revenue targets, and go-to-market strategy.
• Capability to translate strategy into execution, producing measurable outcomes through a disciplined operating cadence and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience in managing business performance, forecasting, operational metrics, and financial objectives.
• Executive presence with a proactive approach, able to influence stakeholders while maintaining accountability for achieving business results.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in complex, global environments, with the ability to scale processes, teams, and revenue across regions.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
