Vice President, Transformation & Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with leaders to identify process gaps, fostering innovative collaboration and creative problem-solving.

• Analyze potential solutions for bottlenecks, limitations, and capacity constraints in processes and technologies, including possible enhancements through AI and automation.

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate the viability of solutions and assess their fit and impact within existing processes.

• Assist in the rollout of new technologies and processes through project and change management, training support, and the creation of user-friendly documentation.

• Manage knowledge management content to ensure it is thorough, relevant, and educational.

• Supervise the capture and upkeep of client "stories," processes, technologies, and the delivery of consumable content.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure that team trainings convey relevant stories that align with team member roles, as well as provide crucial process and technology education.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in leading change management, creating technology roadmaps, executing documentation, and/or managing knowledge within the alternative investment sector.

• Preferred familiarity with FIS Investran components, Hazeltree, Snowflake, and/or WorldCheck.

• A strong passion for change and technology, reflecting FSG's commitment to supporting our team in achieving their success.

• A dedication to understanding, learning, and asking pertinent questions that facilitate complete comprehension.

• Comfort with open-ended challenges and the ability to work backwards from output challenges to pinpoint core process and input issues.

• A collaborative team player eager to absorb knowledge quickly, comprehensively, and with enthusiasm.

• Exceptional organizational and written communication skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
