This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Implement the regional Go-to-Market strategy alongside EMEA & APAC leadership to foster profitable growth and enhance market presence.
• Identify and secure revenue opportunities by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives at targeted accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline of prospects through activities such as prospecting, cold calling, managing incoming leads, and utilizing your professional network.
• Effectively showcase procurement services and solutions, clearly communicating the value of integrated offerings including advisory, managed services, intelligence, analytics, and enabling technologies.
• Work in partnership with Solutions, Product, Client Success, and other WNS teams to create compelling, value-oriented solution proposals.
• Sustain a strong pipeline, deliver precise revenue forecasts, and meet targets for pipeline coverage, opportunity conversion, and closed revenue.
• Spearhead productive commercial and contractual negotiations in conjunction with subject matter experts and legal resources.
• Keep timely and precise CRM data and be ready to discuss your portfolio of opportunities in detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or senior sales position.
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing annual sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement, encompassing Category Management, Source-to-Contract, and Procurement Operations.
• Direct experience in selling procurement consulting, managed services (BPO/BPM), intelligence and analytics solutions, and digital enablers.
• Strong executive presence with a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate complex value propositions.
• Proficient with CRM systems and a proven track record of maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasting.
• Full authorization to work in Europe.
• Travel approximately 25-30% of the time to facilitate market-facing activities and client engagement.
