POS Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive POS sourcing activities across the EMEA region, including RFQs, e-auctions, benchmarking, and supplier negotiations.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellence in quality, cost efficiency, and on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.

• Achieve cost reductions and contribute to gross profit/profitability objectives through effective commercial decision-making.

• Manage significant and strategic projects from sourcing to delivery, guaranteeing dependable execution.

• Collaborate across functions with Category, Client, Logistics/Operations, and QC/QA to uphold compliance, quality benchmarks, and alignment with stakeholders.

• Provide comprehensive reporting, insights, and updates to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance client service.
