This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Develop and enhance the global sales operations strategy, converting corporate goals into scalable operational models that promote consistent revenue growth across all regions.
• Lead optimization of enterprise-level sales and customer service processes by identifying systemic bottlenecks and spearheading transformation initiatives that streamline execution, minimize friction, and boost seller productivity on a global scale.
• Manage the global sales operating cadence, which includes sales district allocations, forecasting frameworks, incentive governance, and performance management standards.
• Oversee the global sales technology ecosystem (CRM, ERP, analytics, and enablement platforms), ensuring integration, adoption, data integrity, and measurable ROI at an enterprise level.
• Provide executive leadership on regional sales forecasts, ensuring Business Unit alignment and addressing obstacles to enhance revenue performance.
• Facilitate global commercial business reviews and strategic operations meetings to ensure comprehensive alignment on strategic opportunities and key initiatives with Sales and Business Unit Managers.
• Accountable for successfully implementing global performance metrics for opportunity pipelines, defining KPIs such as pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle efficiency.
• Lead and cultivate a global sales operations leadership team, promoting a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across functions to align resources, eliminate barriers, and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth and performance.
• Ensure global compliance and governance by aligning sales operations practices with local regulations and corporate policies.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales operations, channel management, or revenue operations within complex, global settings.
• Proven success in leading global, multi-region organizations and managing leaders at scale.
• Extensive knowledge of global sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, and governance of operating models.
• Excellent enterprise-level communication skills, including the ability to present and influence senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights for executives.
• Strong global perspective with demonstrated cross-cultural leadership and international business experience.
• Proven expertise in enterprise transformation, change management, and systems modernization.
