This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Lead and cultivate a high-achieving sales team, fostering accountability and delivering results.
• Take ownership of and implement the business development strategy, including managing the sales pipeline and closing intricate B2B deals.
• Propel revenue growth across Corporate One’s correspondent banking, payments, and Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) offerings.
• Collaborate with team members on client interactions, encompassing presentations, onsite visits, and consultative discussions with credit union executives.
• Examine market trends, member needs, and competitive insights to pinpoint growth opportunities and refine strategic approaches.
• Work collaboratively across departments to provide seamless, integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance, development, and engagement.
• Represent Corporate One in significant client engagements, industry events, and high-level executive discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales and sales leadership.
• More than 5 years of experience managing B2B sales in the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading remote sales teams (at least 4 direct reports).
• Experience in selling complex, multi-product solutions—ideally including digital, payments, or technology products.
• Strong leadership presence with the capacity to influence and establish credibility with executive stakeholders.
• In-depth proficiency in consultative selling, relationship management, and strategic account development.
• Familiarity with banking, correspondent services, and payment products.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly professional, confident, and collaborative leadership style.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and influential communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager for continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
