• Develop the global revenue operations function with a focus on ensuring revenue predictability.
• Enhance SEON’s marketing automation capabilities within a HubSpot framework.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to facilitate data-driven campaign execution and measure ROI.
• Foster continuous improvement in demand generation performance, conversion rates, and funnel velocity.
• Create consistent and reliable forecasting and revenue analytics.
• Work in partnership with the Account Management Organization (AMO) and customer success teams to promote customer retention and streamline the renewal process.
• Engage with other operational teams and departmental leaders in Finance, Billing, and Legal to ensure smooth execution across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing global RevOps team encompassing marketing operations, sales operations, partner operations, and customer success operations.
• Over 10 years of experience managing Revenue Operations teams, with substantial leadership experience at the Director or VP level.
• Extensive, hands-on knowledge in Marketing Operations, including digital campaign execution, lifecycle management, and attribution.
• Required proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or fast-paced technology sectors, particularly consumption-based SaaS.
• Experience in scaling revenue operations at a post-Series C startup, or managing a global RevOps team within a large enterprise.
• Occasional international travel is required.
• Quarterly visits to SEON’s Austin office are expected.
