• Oversee the review and approval workflow for non-standard enterprise agreements.
• Assist with custom pricing models, savings plans, multi-year contracts, and volume discounts.
• Develop and uphold Deal Desk service level agreements (SLAs) in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Lead the implementation and management of CPQ systems in conjunction with Revenue Operations and Finance.
• Maintain pricing policies, discount frameworks, approval processes, and product catalogs.
• Collaborate with Finance to define bookings and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• Keep records of pricing precedents and deal histories.
• Create operational systems to facilitate renewals, amendments, and expansion processes.
• Ensure that deal configurations and contract values are accurately represented in CRM systems.
• Assist with quarterly closing procedures and ensure booking precision.
• Utilize AI tools for contract assessment, workflow automation, pricing evaluation, and approval routing.
• Remain informed about best practices in AI-driven commercial operations.
• Proven experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or commercial operations within SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or infrastructure sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise pricing frameworks, usage-based pricing, and contract governance.
• Background in managing CPQ systems such as Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or Conga.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and enterprise contract frameworks.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals concurrently.
• Active engagement with AI tools for workflow automation or commercial operations.
• Successful completion of a background check.
