• Take ownership and enhance the HubSpot platform (CRM architecture, workflows, automation, integrations).
• Create and execute scalable processes throughout the entire revenue lifecycle (lead → deal → revenue).
• Assess and oversee additional tools within the GTM stack (e.g., attribution, forecasting, reporting).

• Convert data into actionable insights for leadership and GTM teams.

• Serve as the bridge between Sales, Talent, Partnerships, and Finance.

• Assist with compensation planning, territory design, and performance monitoring.
• Develop the RevOps roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Establish a foundation for future team growth (hiring, tooling, processes).

• 5–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of HubSpot.
• Strong data fluency—proficient in working with datasets, generating reports, and spotting trends.
• Experience in designing dashboards and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with integrations and data flows (without needing to be a full engineer).
• Preferred background in entertainment, media, talent management, or the creator economy.
