📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain onboarding materials, ensuring the information remains accurate and up to date.

• Establish scalable onboarding systems and feedback mechanisms to enhance the employee onboarding experience.

• Monitor onboarding completion rates and the performance of new hires during their ramp period.

• Design onboarding programs specifically for Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers.

• Specify role-specific ramp milestones and benchmarks for productivity.

• Consistently enhance onboarding content in response to product updates, pricing changes, and competitive dynamics.

• Create sales playbooks tailored for both PLG and enterprise sales strategies.

• Develop frameworks for discovery, qualification, messaging, objection handling, and deal progression.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to implement sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.

• Create onboarding and expansion frameworks for Customer Success, including resources for QBRs.

• Construct expansion and upsell playbooks aimed at supporting NRR growth.

• Work alongside Customer Success leadership to define strategies for enabling enterprise accounts.

• Maintain resources for competitive positioning and battle cards against infrastructure competitors.

• Collect feedback from Sales and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and objection handling.

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure competitive materials are up to date.

• Facilitate regular training sessions focused on product updates, sales methodologies, and role-specific skills.

• Create self-service enablement content libraries and coaching frameworks for managers.

• Track the effectiveness of onboarding, ramp metrics, win rates, conversion rates, and expansion metrics.

• Partner with Revenue Operations and People teams to develop a robust reporting infrastructure.

• Continuously refine programs using data insights and feedback.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance onboarding processes, content creation, and competitive intelligence.

• Implement AI-assisted coaching and platforms for conversational intelligence.

• Develop scalable AI-driven enablement systems that minimize operational overhead.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating onboarding or enablement programs within high-growth SaaS, PaaS, or infrastructure companies.

• Background in supporting Sales and Customer Success teams through training, playbooks, or onboarding processes.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise B2B sales processes and customer success workflows.

• Experience in developing written enablement materials, including playbooks, onboarding resources, and competitive documents.

• Ability to work collaboratively across Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and People teams.

• Proficient in utilizing metrics and reporting to enhance the effectiveness of enablement efforts.

• Active engagement with AI tools for content creation, coaching, or enablement operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Successful completion of a background check.
