📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that focus on essential SaaS metrics such as ARR, bookings, pipeline, churn, and retention.

• Assist in the creation of executive and board reports by providing data analysis and insights.

• Collaborate with Rev Ops and Finance to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy.

• Recognize trends and deliver clear insights to elucidate performance metrics.

• Evaluate marketing performance, lead quality, funnel conversion, and attribution.

• Monitor critical sales metrics including pipeline coverage, velocity, win rates, and stage conversion.

• Oversee customer health, expansion trends, and churn drivers segmented by cohort.

• Integrate insights throughout the customer journey, from acquisition to renewal and expansion.

• Assess pipeline health and identify risks or gaps such as coverage, velocity, and stalled deals.

• Track churn and retention patterns, including cohort performance and leading indicators.

• Alert Sales and Customer Success teams to early signs of risk or opportunity.

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of forecasting and risk tracking methodologies.

• Support territory planning, capacity modeling, and forecast analysis through data modeling techniques.

• Conduct analyses to address key business inquiries (e.g., pipeline gaps, conversion issues, retention trends).

• Convert ambiguous questions into structured analyses with definitive findings.

• Offer data-driven recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Create and maintain dashboards using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Assist in reporting and dashboarding efforts within Salesforce and other GTM systems.

• Identify data quality challenges and collaborate with system owners to enhance accuracy and consistency.

• Document essential metrics, definitions, and methodologies for reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or GTM Analytics, preferably within B2B SaaS.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with advanced skills in data modeling, formulas, and analysis.

• Solid technical and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar platforms.

• Strong experience in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
