This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the operational framework for Revenue Operations under the guidance of the VP of RevOps & Enablement, ensuring alignment of planning, forecasting, performance management, process governance, and systems strategy with the company’s growth objectives.
• Direct the annual planning process for the revenue organization in collaboration with FP&A and commercial leaders, which includes capacity strategy, target setting, productivity assumptions, territory and coverage design inputs, and expectations for pipeline creation.
• Take ownership of executive forecast governance, incorporating methodology, roll-up structure, inspection rigor, scenario planning, risk escalation, and communication of the business outlook to executive leadership.
• Develop the company's revenue performance framework, featuring executive dashboards, KPIs, operating reviews, management cadences, and analytics that inform strategic decision-making across teams, segments, and product lines.
• Collaborate closely with sales and other revenue leaders to pinpoint growth opportunities, eliminate execution bottlenecks, enhance pipeline quality and coverage, and boost efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Act as the executive sponsor for the revenue data and technology ecosystem, ensuring that platforms, reporting architecture, and automation capabilities align with scalability, accuracy, adoption, and informed decision-making.
• Promote cross-functional alignment on definitions, process standards, service levels, governance, and inspection practices to establish a cohesive revenue operating system.
• Lead significant transformation initiatives across planning, forecasting, segmentation, coverage, customer engagement processes, and systems adoption, ensuring effective change management and measurable business results.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing RevOps organization that encompasses planning, analytics, process optimization, and systems capabilities; cultivate leaders who can function as strategic partners to the business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, converting complex data into clear recommendations regarding growth strategy, investment priorities, and operational trade-offs.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in revenue operations, sales operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or other related go-to-market roles, with substantial exposure to B2B SaaS.
• More than 6 years of senior leadership experience, including managing leaders and developing scaled operations teams during periods of growth and transformation.
• Proven experience in executive-level ownership of annual planning, target setting, forecasting, board or executive reporting, and performance management for a complex commercial organization.
• Extensive knowledge of revenue management disciplines, including forecasting science, pipeline analytics, segmentation, capacity planning, territory strategy, and operational cadence design.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and simplifying complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated history of leading revenue systems and data strategy, including CRM architecture, forecasting and planning tools, dashboarding, governance, and process automation.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional transformation and change management initiatives that deliver tangible business impact.
• Strong business judgment and financial acumen, able to connect operational decisions to outcomes in growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
