This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze funnel performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest measures to enhance velocity, conversion, and forecast reliability.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at boosting efficiency, scalability, and operational discipline across the revenue engine.
• Develop and implement our AI transformation strategy within GTM, focusing on improved prospecting, automated insights, and Customer Success workflows.
• Oversee and refine the GTM tech stack for marketing, sales, and post-sales functions while establishing AI-driven automations and workflows. Current tools include Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Outreach, and Gong, with ongoing enhancements to our stack.
• Enhance data quality and operational dependability through automated audits, enrichment workflows, and scalable data governance practices.
• Manage and optimize our enrichment engine and foundational GTM data infrastructure.
• Assist in key operational processes such as deal desk, onboarding, and daily GTM execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or GTM Engineering.
• A proven history of managing and optimizing a contemporary GTM tech stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and analytics tools.
• Experience in redesigning business processes and leading cross-functional operational transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability in identifying, piloting, and scaling AI and automation applications within business operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end GTM workflows across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Solutions Architecture.
• Capacity to bring order to ambiguity by developing frameworks, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities with a talent for quickly establishing trust across teams.
• A proactive approach to action and continuous improvement — you act swiftly, learn rapidly, and iterate frequently.
