This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of monitoring firm performance, ensuring attribution integrity, reconciling commissions, and managing partner-facing commercial analytics.
• Guarantee that revenue tracking is dependable, discrepancies are identified promptly, financial impacts are assessed, and partner discussions are supported with clear evidence.
• Daily oversight of TrackNow performance, including postbacks, attribution gaps, and commission discrepancies.
• Conduct thorough investigations of tracking and attribution issues from start to finish.
• Assess the financial implications of any identified issues.
• Raise significant issues to the RevOps Manager and Head of D&A.
• Maintain and reconcile commission data across various systems.
• Lead discussions on technical tracking directly with firms as needed.
• Document the outcomes and methodologies of reconciliations.
• Enhance reconciliation tools and automation processes.
• Oversee the open case tracker from beginning to end, ensuring clear ownership, financial impact, deadlines, and resolution history.
• Create summaries of discrepancies and proposed solutions for firm-facing communication.
• Develop visual explanations for partner reviews.
• Provide data support for partner negotiations.
• Highlight partner-level trends to the Partners and Leadership teams.
• Understanding of the prop trading industry.
• Experience in trading operations, customer success, compliance, support, or partnerships is preferred.
