This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GTM technology stack from start to finish, which includes CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools.
• Create and sustain pipeline reporting, forecasting, and the metrics that leadership relies on for decision-making.
• Design and execute lead routing, scoring, and attribution to ensure the appropriate work receives credit and the right leads are directed to the appropriate individuals, thereby supporting growth.
• Implement rigorous data hygiene, definitions, and processes throughout the funnel to ensure trust in the numbers.
• Manage territory planning comprehensively, covering segment design, account allocation, coverage models, and quota and capacity planning.
• Develop automations and integrations that link the GTM stack and eliminate manual tasks, utilizing APIs, webhooks, and modern tools, including AI agents.
• Build, deploy, and oversee AI systems and agents throughout the GTM process, maintaining them in production: monitoring, assessing, and enhancing them over time.
• Create and operationalize workflows for outbound initiatives, enrichment, and personalization on a large scale.
• Approach the go-to-market process as a system that can be engineered, monitored, and perpetually enhanced.
• Prototype and deliver internal tools that provide sales and marketing with leverage currently unavailable to them.
• Collaborate with sales to highlight the right accounts, signals, and insights at the optimal times.
• Assist with marketing operations, including campaign tracking, segmentation, and program assessment.
• Establish the operational foundation for new GTM programs as they are initiated.
• Extract insights from throughout the funnel to guide strategy and inform future investments.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proficient in utilizing a modern GTM stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and reporting tools).
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools; while you don't need to be a software engineer, you should be able to connect systems and construct workflows independently.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proactive mindset, even in less-than-ideal circumstances.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams.
• A passion for AI is essential. You naturally seek ways to automate processes, utilize MCPs, prioritize AI over manual tasks, and create systems that yield compounded benefits.
• With the use of AI comes discernment. You recognize quality when you see it and maintain high standards, delivering quality results and iterating on them.
• Experience in startup environments and comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced settings; you will have complete ownership of this function and should feel at ease building from the ground up.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack or data tooling ecosystem is preferred (ideally, you have utilized ETL tools in your previous roles).
• Proven experience establishing a RevOps or GTM engineering function from inception to execution.
• Basic scripting skills (Python, SQL, or similar) for data management and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with the current tech stack: HubSpot, Apollo, GA, Clay, and other intent providers.
• This position requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
