This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the revenue operations infrastructure of the company, which includes sales pipeline, portfolio, performance, and KPI reporting, ensuring a unified source of truth across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
• Create and present executive-level reports, insights, and recommendations concerning pipeline health, conversion performance, forecast accuracy, sales achievement, and business trends.
• Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning processes by converting market opportunities, pipeline data, and historical performance into actionable targets and operational plans.
• Oversee and enhance revenue systems, reporting tools, and business processes to increase visibility, scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating sales growth, enhancing conversion rates, shortening contract-to-activation timelines, and standardizing operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to uncover business opportunities, address operational challenges, and implement strategic priorities.
• Partner to establish the Revenue Operations roadmap, which includes CRM enhancements, reporting automation, AI-driven capabilities, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Set up performance metrics, governance processes, and project management practices to guarantee the successful execution of key business objectives and transformative programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering data-driven insights that facilitate decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth strategies.
• Proficient in Power BI data modeling, DAX calculations, and dashboard optimization.
• Skilled in leveraging PowerQuery to automate and standardize reporting workflows.
• Understanding of RevOps best practices and GTM operational processes.
• Familiarity with AI-driven operational tools and automation.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level reporting.
• Strong capabilities in process improvement and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, Finance, Consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business planning skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of PowerQuery for data transformation and automation.
• Hands-on experience in building dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive visualizations using Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM and revenue systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience in managing sales compensation and quota programs.
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and revenue performance management.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Capability to synthesize complex data into actionable business insights.
